This was the worst experience I have encountered on any stay anywhere I have stayed. First, we arrived at 9pm to a condo full of gnat flies because all the lights and windows were open creating an issue larger than normal after spring rains. There was damage to flooring, screens on the slide door, windows damaged, and overall cleanliness issues throughout the condo. We contacted the condo management team to report them. The next day I was coming back in the late morning and the front desk informed me a flooring contractor was asking to get into our condo. We reported the appearance of the contractor to the management company and that's when all hell broke loose. They knew nothing about it as indicated in texts. Then a few hours later they said we had to leave the premises because of mold. This was the start of the worst customer experience I have ever encountered in my extensive travels around the world. My Perfect Stays representatives were rude and offered optional stays that I've stayed in before in Maui. We had a 10th story beach view and they wanted to put us up at locations with no beach and a garden view condo on a buildings that weren't over 3 stories tall. This was not an option for us because it was not an equal swap by any means. They said there wasn't any other options available. Well, I found a condo one floor right above us. Hmm, something stinks in this whole picture. There's much more to this review, but no characters left.
