Our stay was very disappointing. On the night we arrived, I found cockroaches in our room. I immediately reported it to the manager, Wade, because I was uncomfortable staying in a room with a pest issue. When I asked for a refund so we could leave and stay somewhere else, Wade refused. I continued trying to follow up to find a reasonable resolution, but after a while he stopped responding altogether. Finding cockroaches in a hotel room is unacceptable, but what made the experience even worse was the lack of customer service. I would have appreciated a genuine effort to resolve the situation, whether through a refund, a room change, or even consistent communication. Unfortunately, none of that happened. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here.

Beautiful beach with a nice pool area. Two beach chairs, and tubes available. Full kitchen was nice and bed was comfortable.

Good stay!

Hotel property was excellent. Pools are great and beach access convenient. Good pool bar and restaurant. Room was as advertised. Bed was comfy. Older room could use some modernization. Could use a deep clean.

We booked this place because it was advertised as a 1Bed 1Bath. In the description it says king studio suite but I couldn't tell from the pictures. It actually was a king studio suite. When we went to check in, the lockbox was open and the key was just sitting there. We were there at 2:30 and check in was 3. We weren't going to go in early but we figured since the key was out, maybe it was ready? We opened the door and the room was not ready. Bed wasn't made. We put the key back and messaged the property owner to ask when the room would be ready. Hung out until around 2:45 and no response. We came back a few hours later and the key was in the lockbox. If the room was ready by 3 as we were told it would be, they only spent 15 min cleaning it. When we walked in, the bed was made but I don't think the floor was mopped or anything was wiped down. The walls were super dirty and the divider in the floor from the kitchen to the living area was also dirty. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom were hanging down and at least 3 of them were very stained. We had the screen door open the first night and at 4am, the screen fell off the track into the balcony rail. We had booked the week but only stayed one night. The property itself was very nice, the pools were great and so was the view. The owner never responded to my question about check-in. On the last day, he sent a message about check out and at that time I let him know we didn't stay. I can handle 'old' but not dirty.

The check in was easy. The room was clean. The room did need some upkeep. The walls needed fresh paint and the kitchen sink faucet needed to be tightened up. The bathroom toilet handle was broken. The description said had a washer/dryer which is not entirely accurate (it was on site for extra charge and out of order) As well as the gym on site not included - that should be stated in the description overall the bed was comfy and clean and we enjoyed our stay .

Just ok

The room was not properly maintained or clean, floors were never swept or mopped toilet handle is broken and hanging the kitchen faucet. My husband had to crawl under and fix all it did was swivel in a circle when you tried to use it and we thought there would be a washer and dryer in the unit. This unit needs some TLC we thank god the bed was nice enough. Mahalo
