Then I was told to go to the room. A technician was able to open the door. He said he would recharge the battery. Later, I went to have dinner at Tavernonna [which was terrific]. I returned to my room. Again, neither card would open the door. So I returned again to the registration desk. They told me to return to my room. A different technician was able to get one key to work. He said he would recharge the battery. What a frustrating experience. "

"We went to the NCVF National collegiate volleyball championship. I chose this hotel because it is close to the convention center. I did the research before I booked the hotel and people said there was a free KC street car running around the downtown. When I asked the lady at the front desk and she told said there was no free public transportation around here. I had to uber if I wanted to get to downtown which wasn’t true. I hope the employees who worked at the hotel should be more helpful or should not give customers wrong information. The lady who worked at the breakfast areas on Thursday, Friday and Saturday morning was awesome. "
