"We’ve stayed in rentals in 20 countries and Toney is probably the best host we’ve ever had. Any problem we had, he helped us within minutes. He has the house cleaned for you 2x a week. He has cars you can rent from him. All of the rooms have A/C. I worked remotely from the house for 6 weeks and had no trouble with the Internet. "

"I wasn’t even able to stay there , When I arrived in Jalapa I text the host to let her know I arrived and there was no response. I later text the host again about 6 pm on the day of arrival and there was still no response. I decided to drive to the location to see if there was something I was missing . I took pictures of the residence to prove I actual was there . I’m asking for a refund please. "
