Really great location - home in cul de sac so kids could play and ride their bikes just in front of the house without worrying about cars. Home could have been a bit cleaner but overall would recommend this home

9 Maniki gardens is a bea Well set out home. Every imaginable thing that you need. Except for a beater to whip cream 😂 Hubby had to do it with a whisk. We got there but. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a large home which would accommodate 2 or even 3 families. .

We really enjoyed out stay...the things of note didn't affect our stay (meaning we still would return!), but can be mentioned anyways just to let the property managers know. The main couch in the living area had quite a lot of stains on it... we just didn't want them to think it was us. Also I couldn't find a remote control to turn the TV on, so had to do it manually and find the buttons on the back/bottom of the TV. Heating was HOT, had to turn it down off and one point and couldn't work out all the "zones" to switch off certain area's.

Great location and size.

The size of the house and location was excellent however there were a couple of things that could be improved. The BBQ was in very poor condition and I notice it has been mentioned before but nothing has been done. The couch in the main living area was not used by us as it had a foul smell coming from it and was very uncomfortable. Overall the place needs a really good clean.
