「Had a great one night stay in a small double room. Staff very pleasant, friendly and welcoming. Room was not a bad size for a small double, bed was comfortable. En-suite was compact, water pressure not great for the shower. Nice sized wardrobe with hangers and shelves. Breakfast was lovely with both cold options and full English. 10-20 minute walk to beach and main shopping area with plenty of food and drink options on route. Would definitely stay here again」

「Purbeck hotel was a last minute decision and one I was very happy to have made. I stayed in the lodge, great sized rooms. Staff were lovely and helpful, made me feel at home. Location was great for the town and the Swanage railway, the reason why I was in town. I did not have breakfast as was out early so cannot comment on that side. If I was looking for a negative point then my tv didn’t work (I wasn’t in the room much anyway) and the shower/bath could be better (showerhead needs improvement...

「The B&B is in a neighborhood. Great hostess!! Room was clean & well appointed. Bed was super comfy for a great night’s sleep. Easy walking to the beach area. Great pub around the corner with the best fish & chips!」

「Had a brilliant stay at The West Bay hotel. All the staff we very friendly and welcome. We had our lab with us and loved meeting their dog Elwood. The room was perfect & huge! Better than the photos showed. Top quality features and fittings and made for a perfect Birthday trip. Highly recommend and miles above the other hotels in West Bay.」

「It was very disappointing very dirty and damp smell shared bathroom was dirty damp on ceiling bed uncomfortable and not clean i had to by cleaning products to make it clean very run down place. Won't be going back.」

Spoilt a little as we stayed previously and didn't have to pay for the pool etc. This time however we did as we booked through Expedia, although we tried to book direct there was no room availability. I think it should be as it says on the best western website,if your a resident then it's all included.」
