THE BEACH: "Coco Villa" is a luxury 2 bed 2 bath condo located in Jupiter Beach. Sleeps 4. The unit is located on the ground floor and offers 2 patios with lovely views of the garden. Coco Villa is a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive to Jupiter Beach.
THE COMMUNITY: The Jupiter Bay community offers 2 heated pools, tennis courts, and an on site restaurant which overlooks one of the community pools and the community Lake.
INSIDE: This property has been fully renovated & designed from floor to ceiling by our POSHPADZ Luxury Interiors team. You have a fully equipped and new kitchen with double fridge, chef faucet and all items you need to make that wonderful meal. Diners can sit at the dining table whilst chatting with your chef! Free high speed wifi. Don't forget the huge SMART TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Both bedrooms offer luxurious King size beds and flat screen TV's. Everything is brand new and you cant beat the prime location. There is even a George Foreman Grill on the private patio!
STARTER PACKS: All POSHPADZ properties come with a starter pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, hotel size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent, starter garbage bags.

We always welcome our guests in person to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. We will also walk the property to make sure there are no damages. We will ask you to sign a damage and liability form with a copy of your credit card. This is destroyed 5 days after you leave.
