    BEAUTIFULLY RENOVATED condo! Walk to the beach, two heated pools, tennis courts, and the TWISTED TUNA RESTAURANT. This unit is sun drenched with a spacious open floor plan, overlooking the tranquil community lake. Perfect views for morning coffee or evening cocktails! Brand new furniture, linens, flooring, quartz countertop, bathroom tile, and kitchen appliances, and more! Private laundry inside the condo. Two bedrooms with king size bedrooms, and one queen size pull out sofa bed in the living room to comfortably accommodate six guests. One bedroom can be set up with two twin beds, in place of a king bed, upon advance request.

    ***One parking permit is included with your reservation. Please provide host with a copy of your driver's license, make/model/year/license plate and state for the purpose of permit application.
    Additional vehicle permits can be purchased by Guest, if needed.

    ***No commercial/business marked vehicles, RVs, boats and/or trailers, or motorcycles can be parked overnight.***

The place was really clean, beds were comfortable and it was really convenient to be able to walk to the Twisted Tuna after a long day. The host was very nice! We had no problems at all and would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much!!

The condo was very clean and welcoming, but there were major renovations being done to the complex. We experienced 5 days of jackhammering, hammering and drilling being done in the unit directly above us. It went on from 8am to 4pm from Monday to Friday. This unit should have never been offered for rent while this racquet was going on. It totally ruined our vacation.
