Parties are strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the property and forfeiture of security deposit.
Quiet hours (no loud music) starting at 10 PM. Our neighbors are not on vacation so please respect their right to a peaceful evening.
Parking is limited to 4 vehicles.
Kayaks, Paddleboards, Bikes, Hot Tub, and swimming area use is at the risk of guests and state/local laws must be observed.
Kayaks MUST BE CLIPPED to the rope around the post on the tiki hut. The tide will wash away all watercraft if not properly stowed.
Please bring paddle boards all the way up on the beach next to the kayaks.
A 2.9% cancellation fee is charged for all cancelled reservations for which Jupiter Vacation Rentals is merchant of record.

Please note: A non-refundable pet fee applies to all reservations that include pets. If you are bringing two pets, the fee is doubled. Be sure to select the correct “Pet Fee” option (for one or two dogs) when confirming your reservation.
