「If your looking for just a clean room- check! If you want any comfort such as air conditioning, decent furniture, or walls where you can't hear every conversation or noise from your neighbor- then pass on this one. I had a friend visit, as soon as she sat down on one of the outdoor chairs the fabric broke and she almost hit the ground. The bed is bad, but the couch is even worse. The ice maker/water filter in the fridge does not work. Apparently the only way to control the AC is in the other...
