Renter Beware!!!
Worst place we've rented! Listed as 3bd 3ba. NOT! One was closed off. There were only 2 bathrooms but only one of those was a full bathroom. The other master bath had no outlets, no sink w/counter. It only had a very tiny corner sinkette inside the shower. Ridiculous! The decor and seating is not what is pictured. It is cheap white sofa for two & a flimsy little chair. No working lights in dining room or dirty laundry area in garage. Various outlets don't work. No smoke alarms. No doors on any closets, raw opening after removing doors. No coffee bar or even a full size coffee pot. Drawer in kitchen is broken, will fall on foot if you're not careful. Sink cabinet has rotted out & fell through w/mildew or mold growing there. Step down into dining room, pictured as one level on listing.Took out oven & cabinets & moved fridge to that spot. Knocked out wall where fridge was & lowered that floor. Was told by owner that no animals had been in house since they put in new AC, flooring & paint but when we got there, it smelled like dog, saw dog hair on floor under what would have been the coffee bar area as well as on white sofa. There was also a CHEWY delivery to that address while we were there. I could go on but why. You get the picture. Poor communication, Misrepresented property, Doesn't follow through with their word, Lied about animals in house. Not a safe or comfortable property. They said they are renovating but they should never have rented this property in this condition.
