Room was in need of updates and was pretty run down. I guess we got one of the not yet remodeled rooms, unfortunately. Staff was GREAT! Blake was available to us for our needs such as plugged sink, coffee pot and was a good guy! Look out for dog piles. I can’t believe people don’t pick up after their dogs! I do always!! We stepped in it at night a couples times, no bueno! We would prob stay there again though but request a remodeled room for sure.

Nice one bedroom. The king size bed was very comfortable. We had to turn on the water heater and the refrigerator. It wasn't a big deal, just happy we turn on the water heater the night before. The refrigerator was fine too, just could not see the numbers to set the temp. We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again. Huge winter storm came in and we left a day early. But a great stay. Thanks so much!
The door lock system does not work. Asked the management to fix it. But it did not do.
The electric countertop cook range has something plastic. It was melting and smelled bad with smoke, Asked them to replace. but it was taken away by a housekeeper. But did not received another one. Very bad manegement!
Was such a perfect spot for our weekend get away with our family. Was beautifully tucked away but close enough to the mountain for a day on the slopes. Hot tub was wonderful we will definitely stay here again!
clean room, very comfortable bed, nice spa area.
Suggestion - Since the room can accommodate up to 4 people, it would be nice to have at least 4 of every (basic) kitchen dish (coffee cups, drinking cups, plates, bowls, utensils, etc).
Otherwise, very nice, with a homey rustic touch! We have already booked our next stay!
Kitchen stove top didn’t work . Lots of missing kitchen items. Hotel staff if irresponsive. No one at front desk , no one picks up the phone . Text messages aren’t inserted for a day. WiFi worked on and off. Broken glass in the sauna that no one cared to clean .
Saw my bill the other dayand didn't have time to check it before going. I was surprised that they charged me too much. This booked in the middle of the week. Supposedly way affordable vs booking it on weekends. Room was not even great with the price. It looked nice and showing an oven/stove on the picture, but in reality, it was not even there and there was a small portable electrical., Shower was not great. However, I was ok to deal with those amenities they have. But I can't deal with the weekday pricing. I couldn't remember how it happened during the booking day, But what I remember was around $90 something for 2 pips. Otherwise, I could have just booked the one across the street. The Double Eagle Resort and Spa with the $193 + price..tax and and other fees included. Anywho, at least I know what to do next time
