"I stayed with a few friends and the place did it’s job. I don’t know if it was Calgary itself but when we got there is smelt of sewage. There was a value village tag still on 1 of the few towels. The master bedroom needs new non sheer curtains, but other than that it was great. Our communication with the owner was impeccable they answered right away for any questions I had and it was easy and contactless as he describes in the posting. "We spent a week in June 2025 in this hot little apartment. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen were clean but the rug and sofa and the couch throw were all stained and filthy looking. The kitchen was lacking in many basics like mixing bowls and a grater and the frypans were non-stick but not really usable due to the deterioration of the coating. There was not enough cutlery or plates and bowls. This place is bare bones compared to most verb rentals. I do not recommend it."

"When we walked in to our room it smelled so fresh and clean! Fan/ AC in room is very loud but you get used to it. Breakfast was good, no egg, hash brown or meat option but a waffle maker, baked goods, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt and hard boiled eggs are a good selection anyway"
