"I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay and the issues we experienced during check-in and with the condition of our room. Our check-in time was scheduled for 3:00 PM, however, when we arrived at the hotel, our room was not ready. We were required to wait past the designated check-in time, which was frustrating after planning our arrival based on the stated policy. Once we were finally able to access the room, we encountered a more concerning issue, the door would not properly lock. This created a safety concern and made us feel uncomfortable leaving our belongings in the room or relaxing during our stay. A functioning and secure door is a basic expectation for any hotel accommodation. The lock was fixed by maintenance but we were ready to go to sleep and waiting for them to fix the door was another inconvenience. We chose Hampton/Hilton because of its reputation for quality and reliability, so this experience was disappointing. I would appreciate your review of this situation and any steps you can take to address the inconvenience and safety concern we experienced."

"We had our wedding last weekend at the Knibbe Ranch and it just so worked out that there are 2 cabins on the property. The cabins are so cozy and warm and it feels so peaceful being out here. I loved every minute of my stay and I can’t thank Shannon enough for her hospitality! We met at the gate coming in and my sister and I were kinda lost! lol but Shannon was so friendly and helpful and she guided us on how to get to the cabin. I will definitely be back to stay! "

"Quick overnight romantic getaway, booked exclusively based on secluded location and private hot tub. We only discovered at 8pm that night it was cold and not working. Really too late for anything to be done. Price is 40% more than others in region with no hot tub so we were disappointed. Company was responsive and apologized and will have maintenance check.House is lovely, clean, bed was comfortable. Very nice views and enjoyed coffee in screened porch. Dirt road listed in descriptions and is no joke! Be prepared with proper vehicle and take your time.Will be sure to confirm amenities are working if using this company again."
