Just 50 meters from the beach and shops of Jullouville, we welcome you to this ground-floor duplex apartment in the "Le Casino" residence. The apartment comprises a veranda, a living/dining room, a kitchenette (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, induction hob, and mini-fridge), a bathroom (bathtub and sink), and a separate toilet. The mezzanine level features a double bed (140 cm), a double bed (120 cm), and a single bed (90 cm).

Private, unfenced garden.

Pets are not allowed.
Parking is available in the lot in front of the residence.

situation exceptionnelle

Logement agréable. lits communs sur une très grande mezzanine ; manque cependant un bon ventilateur pour les jours de grande chaleur. Avons apprécié la gentillesse et l'éfficacité du personnel de l'agence. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir du beau temps, donc des coucher de soleil extraordinaires de la véranda.
