Come and stay in this beautiful Jullouvillais style house, ideally located, 300 m from the shops and 450 m from the beach.
This house offers on the ground floor: a large living room with a lounge/TV area, a fully fitted and equipped open kitchen, a dining area, individual toilets, as well as a master suite, with its bathroom with Italian shower and toilet.
You will find on the first floor 3 bedrooms, including two bedrooms with a double bed, a third bedroom with two single beds of 90 as well as a second bathroom with toilet.
You will also have a terrace and a garden with all the necessary equipment (garden furniture, awning, deckchairs, barbecue, etc.)
Outdoor parking and carport.
Free Wi-Fi.
