For those wishing to venture a bit further, perhaps to local wineries, orchards, or hiking trails, a personal vehicle is recommended. The scenic drives through the mountainous terrain are a treat unto themselves, offering breathtaking vistas and serene landscapes.
While Julian offers a peaceful escape from city hustle, its roads can become somewhat busy on weekends, particularly during apple-picking season. Parking is available throughout the town, but arriving early or visiting during weekdays can make for a smoother experience.
Other Things to Note: *NOTE* You are choosing to be a lodger at this 100 year old FAMOUS & Historic Home, due to it’s illustrious historic charm, features, and location. The interior of the property has been completely remodeled and looks new and amazing, but due to the historic nature of this hotel however, it is not possible to alter certain characteristics to fit modern specifications.
By staying at this hotel, you acknowledge and accept that this home is not ADA compliant, does not have an elevator, etc., and that it has other historical features which may be different from modern buildings and/or hotels.
