"We walked down the staircase and entered the breakfast cafe area. It was one of the nicest and largest well designed areas I've ever experienced at any hotel I've stayed at. Nice property!"

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is right downtown so everything was walkable ,we would definitely go back again."

"Bars and night life shut down early. Every night they did last call sooner than the night before. Turning away multiple customers. The Outside hot tub was dirty our first night but clean our second night. There’s one elevator on the entire property. No one offers to help w luggage. Indoor pool was covered in chemicals, we could barely breath inside the indoor pool. Great location, loved the live music."

"Loved the location in Boise. Negatives of the place are they require a later check in then most places at 5pm. (Typical check in is at 3 or 4pm) They also want an earlier check out then most at 10am. Typically check out in all my travel experience is 11am (We travel frequently!!!!). It is also a little confusing on how to get into the unit with finding a lockbox located on a bike amongst a lot of other bikes and then you have to repark before accessing the unit. They also will not send you the check in instructions until 2 hours prior to check in. We were on a plane and it is a LONG 1 page of directions on how to check in!!!! We found that frustrating!! Trying to read that all after being jet lagged and tired was not a great way to start the stay. Most places share that information the day before you travel in my experience. The unit is nice and location is great."
