Fique no quarto 359, cama boa, chão do quarto banheiro não estavam limpos, nem após o primeiro dia de arrumação, box do banheiro em péssimas condições, demais dependências OK. Pessoal atencioso, apesar do café da manhã ser muito bom, pecavam na limpeza das mesas e chão.

O quarto eztava perfeito e limpo. O único problema que encontrei foi uma mancha vermelha no pano do sofá (Parecia sangue) que dava um mal aspecto. De resto não tenho nada a reclamar.

Boa e aceitavél, mas abaixo do esperado

A estadia, no geral, foi boa, mas ficou abaixo do padrão que normalmente espero da rede IBIS. O processo de check-in foi extremamente demorado. Mesmo já sendo cadastrado na rede Accor, precisei refazer todo o cadastro, o que não costuma acontecer em outras unidades. Ao entrar no quarto, encontrei resíduos do hóspede anterior — como uma parte da embalagem de remédio caída no chão — o que gerou a percepção de que a limpeza não foi feita com o devido cuidado. O café da manhã estava ok, mas também abaixo do padrão que costumo encontrar nos hotéis da rede. Inclusive, achei inferior ao que já experimentei em unidades do IBIS Budget. O quarto, de forma geral, era funcional, mas apresentava sinais claros de desgaste e necessidade de manutenção. A impressão geral foi de um hotel já bem usado e com pouca renovação recente. Em resumo, é uma opção aceitável, mas que, infelizmente, ficou aquém do padrão habitual da marca.

Muito ruim!! Uma cama de solteiro quebrada, totalmente sem condições de uso, para acomodar meu filho. Água para vender só em latinhas. Hotel sujo. Vazamentos no banheiro. Café da manhã caríssimo, e bem fraco!

Um dos melhores Ibis que já fiquei. Me hospedei mais de 6x nesse Ibis e todos os atendentes são incrivelmente simpáticos, agradáveis, estão sempre sorrindo. O café da manhã é um show a parte. Sensacional. Tem até panquecas frescas. Café de tudo quanto é tipo. Variedade incrível! Super limpo. Serve jantar. O único contra, que fica como sugestão é servirem almoço também. Espero me hospedar novamente.

Esperava mais da acomodação.

Parede do box do banheiro sujo, parede ao lado da cama suja de sabe-se lá o quê, colchão muito mole, lixo sem sacolinha, tv com pouquíssima variedade de canais, móveis descascando, sofazinho ao lado da cama com o estofado extremamente sujo e manchado, toalha com furo.

Ruim e nao condiz com anunciado.

Na reserva falava que havia estacionamento. Chegando lá disseram que era por ordem de chegada e não havia mais vaga. Funcionários não deram a mínima orientação onde estacionar por perto. Horrível. Tivemos que parar super longe e o hotel fica em uma ladeira. Imagina chegar 22h nessa situação! O quarto é bem pequeno, mas estava limpo. Toalhas bem gastas, banheiro com box minúsculo e desconfortável. Não ficaria novamente.
