Poor service and hotel needs renovation

Arrived early but waited 2.5 hrs for a room. Had to change rooms due to an ant infestation. Second room was better but had ants too. Was never told there was a special Christmas lunch and paid 10 times normal cost for a poorly presented, cold and tasteless meal.The staff are helpful but the hotel is poorly managed and needs extensive renovation

otimo hotel em todos aspectos

como sempre, foi tudo otimo!!! Gosto muito so hotel dos funcionarios, da comida, da recreação. SEmpre vou com meus sobrinhos de 6 e 8 anos e eles adoram! Se divertem com tio Macarrão. Tia Ana é uma fofa e super pacinete com meu sobrinho autista. Agora então com a piscina térmica coberta, estå perfeito!!!

O lugar estĂĄ caindo aos pedaços. Os quartos estĂŁo com papĂ©is de parede soltando, o ar condicionado nĂŁo funciona. O lugar nĂŁo tem manutenção ha muito tempo. NĂŁo tem cobertores suficientes para todos, quartos com mofo. NĂŁo tem nenhum perfil de hotel fazenda, tem uma lagoa mal cuidada e mesmo assim, fechada ao pĂșblico. A estadia Ă© carĂ­ssima para a realidade do local. Precisa de reformas urgentemente. Todos os cantos sĂŁo sujos, desde as lĂąmpadas, cabeceiras das camas, cadeiras. O exaustor do banheiro parece um trator, de tanto barulho que faz. Chega a cansar a cabeça. O checkout Ă© um terror. Fiz a reserva pela internet para ser ĂĄgil e nĂŁo serviu de nada. Começaram a fazer os cĂĄlculos no papel, a conta deu maior que o valor no hotĂ©is.com, começou a fazer de novo
 quase 30 minutos para realizar um checkout. Foi uma decepção. O cafĂ© da manhĂŁ nĂŁo tem variedade, louças velhas e sujas. Levei minha famĂ­lia para um final de semana diferente e foi uma decepção.

Infelizmente foi péssima. Hotel com boas opçÔes de lazer para crianças porém quartos com mobília velha, roupas de cama da pior qualidade além de desgastadas, móveis empoeirados, banheiro sujo com mofo na årea molhada. Atendimento do restaurante tanto na hora do café como no horårio das refeiçÔes sofrível.
