"Clean, modern hotel. Good location. Good value. However valets and bellboy completely ignored us. We pulled up at the front door where uniformed men standing around looked directly at us and walked off. We unloaded our suitcases ourselves and checked in. Concierge was nice and courteous during check in. "First time staying at this hotel, fairly last minute booking visiting the Bahrain F1. On the plus side. Our twin room was very spacious and the aircon worked very well. However, the shower in the room was probably the worst shower I’ve ever used, the room wasn’t cleaned in 4 days and the switches to either request cleaning or do not disturb didn’t work.
