「We were offered an upgrade to stay on the second floor which is the third floor if you are an American. Beware if you have large suitcases, as there are no elevators. We had to practically empty our suitcase to get the contents up the stairs. There is a washing machine/dryer combo in the community kitchen, but it takes hours to wash and dry your clothes. Don't plan on doing much laundry. We did enjoy the spaciousness of the apartment once we got settled. The location was quite convenient if you...

「Everything with the unit was good except parking is a very big challenge. You cannot get within 3-4 blocks of the unit with a car because it is in a restricted area. The stairwell to get to the unit is very dark, narrow and winding. It was very difficult to manage luggage. The host needs to provide more detail about these things before arrival.」

「The property was beautiful and well stocked with everything you would need for a long term stay (my stay was unfortunately only 2 nights). Mika and Michel were lovely hosts. The location is close to the Marseille airport, so perfect for an early morning return flight. It is also centrally located to many places to visit / especially Aix en Provence. 」

「You could not ask for a better location to stay in Avignon, right in the centre of everything but somehow totally peaceful. Kitchen had everything we needed, shops nearby, market also close by and also a fabulous market on a Saturday. Host was very helpful. Two suggested areas of improvement would be a bit of WD40 on the bathroom door and the bed was creaky so made quite a bit of noise when turning over (although still comfortable) Would definitely use again. 」
