Front desk staff was ABSOLUTELY great. Never had a warmer welcome. Unbelievable! Great breakfast choices Great gym and two very nice Saunas. Room was clean, very spacious and slightly worn.

Comfy, friendly staff but a little tired looking

The people were all great, quick check-in, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was included which was limited in choice compared to my past experience several years ago but you could still have a hearty breakfast. The location is very handy for the centre of town, indeed you can walk to most places very easily and quickly. My only gripe with my room on the third floor was how tired and worn the room and furniture were.

Tired hotel

The hotel has great, friendly, helpful and efficient staff. What lets it down is how tired a lot of the property looks, and it brings down the overall user experience. Food is good, great selection for breakfast too.

SUPERRR!

The service, personnel are very professional and super super friendly! The breakfast is super! The personnel are super super nice and they ask everyone before they take the buffet and etc. The breafkfast buffe is up to 11am,wowww!! I can sleep a lot and doesnt need to wake up early! haha. its super super convenient and the rooms are super clean! the wall tiles of the bathroom are super clean and shiny! We want to comeback to Jönköping just because of this hotel lol!

Difficulty to sleep due to noise

The major problem is noise, it was not possible to sleep until next day morning 02:30. I will not recommend to stay in such hotel

The hotel assigned me a room with 2 tiny windows up under the ceiling (about 2.5 m above the floor). Bed lamp didn't work, Ceiling lamp didn't work and the hair dryer didn't work. I asked for a different room, similar to what I had booked and paid for, but the hotel claimed they were fully booked. This was however not true, since there were still rooms of the same type available on hotels.com.

Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal, verkligen plus i kanten för dem! Rummet var rent, snyggt och enligt förväntningarna även om det var slitet på sina ställen och hade behövt en ordentlig mattrengöring i hallen, men annars var det bra med skön säng, välstädat badrum och allt man behövde för ett par avslappnande dygn. Frukosten var bra innehållsmässigt, men känslan var lite rörig då det tog tid för saker att komma på plats som när det var slut på bestick eller någon matbehållare/bricka som stod tom. Allt som allt en bra vistelse med närhet till centrum, parkeringar runt omkring, nöjen/restauranger intill och ett boende med en go känsla.
