"The room smelled like wet dog. The a/c didn't cycle fast enough to keep out the smell. Someone was carrying heavy furniture or equipment at 3am in the room next door. There was no hot water. Half the outlets were loose. "

"There is no shower or privacy for the “bathroom area”. There is an old jacuzzi tub open to the entire suite that does not have a curtain or any way for privacy and only a hand sprayer to wash off with. It is a mother in law type suite on the end of a home that appears to be getting remodeled. So privacy was not an issue. The owner was very responsive adjusting the thermostat that is in the part of the house I couldn’t access. But the lack of a shower and the toilet closet being a glass door made the home a no go for me in the future. "
