ISLAND PARADISE ON THE MARINA

Luxury Villa situated on the Marina, located on the South Finger of Jolly Harbour. This exquisite Villa is designed with a new front balcony extended from the second bedroom sliding doors with 1 queen and 1 single bed and its own bathroom. The Master Bedroom with its King size bed has its own en-suite bathroom, and a rear balcony overlooking the Marina. The first level contains a fully equipped updated kitchen with quarts countertop and large sink, including a Microwave, Electric Stove, Kitchen utensils, etc. An expansive Living/Dining Room, beautiful Chandelier. This leads unto the rear deck for relaxing with two lounge chairs and barbecue grill. A 40-inch T.V with high-speed internet, which includes about 3,000 movie channels, Wi-Fi, Laundry room with new washer and dryer. Free parking on premises, are one of the many amenities. It's done for your enjoyment.

*Rest assured that we are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. Perfect for a stay for vacation, or as a work-from-home alternative, or for families.

Walking distance to all amenities.

We felt very comfortable at the Villa. The location was easily walkable to the Supermarket, restaurants, boat yard and the beach.The Villa was a bit difficult to find at first. Even with the map. If we had known it was South finger it may have helped. The security guard at the gate knew where the Villa was when we showed her a picture.

Exactly what we needed

The property was exactly what we needed for our quick visit to Jolly Harbour. We were only there for a few days for a potential sailboat purchase. The property manager was prompt, friendly and extremely helpful. We were able to secure a golf cart which allowed us easy trips to the grocery, the broker, restaurants and beach. The property was clean, well stocked and has a very lovely view . It was quite hot while we were there so we really appreciated the efficient air conditioning. Things did not work out for the boat but it was a lovely visit.

Jolly Harbour

My husband and I and another couple stayed in your villa for two wonderful weeks. We first were staying in a villa very close to here but found we had rats…..yes rats after the first night. We spent two days trying to find somewhere else to stay and came across this villa. They very quickly cleaned the villa and got us in by 7pm that night. The villa is perfect for two couples. The location is awesome and the back deck on the harbor is awesome. We felt very lucky to find this place on such short notice and for the hoops they jumped through to make sure our stay was comfortable. Beds were comfortable but pillows were not. Kitchen was well supplied for cooking in and the outdoor grill was new. Thank you again for helping us salvage our vacation in Antigua.

Great location

Very clean place and great location to beach, restaurants, and grocery. Unfortunately, communication and check in were disappointing. Room was not ready at 4:00 check in time, propane for bbq ran out after one usage, and request from manager was not answered for over 24 hours. We still enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.
