The property is at a convenient location nd shopping closed by. There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great.

Spacious apartment good for 6 adults

Aesthetically pleasing spacious apartment, but the property requires much needed repairs and updates - door hinges and knobs are coming off, dripping airconditioner condensation at the balcony, sofa is dusty, etc. Ants are everywhere - toilets, dining table, kitchen... Only hand soap and dishwashing detergent are provided. Swimming pool was under maintenance during our stay. Security should be further improved for the unit - no locks for metal gate, only a simple lock for main door. There are numerous eateries within walking distance, however, there are night clubs nearby that contributed to much noise at night. Owner has been responsive to communication, however, should have been more open about the capacity of the property. There are only 3 bedrooms and good for 6 adults to sleep comfortably. However, we booked and paid extra for 7 adults and there was no extra bath towels nor mattress for this extra pax.

The place is great! Wasnt what i expected as it was really spacious. Although the rainshower had no hot water, there’s still a normal spray. The view was great as well
