Outside very very noisy at night till early in the morning especially rooms with windows near the Malays food restaurant that side. Cleanliness is moderate. The bed sheet is a bit yellowish. Wifi is slow on first floor. I changed my room to third floor the wifi got improved.

Room was quite dirty with stains on the pillows and ants crawling around everywhere. Isn’t in the best condition but still liveable. Don’t have much facilities like hair dryer or fridge. Don’t recommend for more than one night stay.

Not recommended but cheap.

Leaking hole in toilet ceiling, cockroach on the floor. Aircon not cold, tap is broken. Convenient and walkable from CitySquare but noisy.

All are ok except the air conditioner's remote control doesn't work even though after few rounds of changing and the sound proofing is really really poor. I can hear the fuss from street whole night long.

Short sneak out stay

The room doesn’t feel clean. Bed isn’t comfortable. Location abit rowdy. We managed to park right outside the hotel which is a plus. Service was ok.

Near to City Square but a little old and run-down

I've stayed at New Boutique Hotel a couple of times basically because it was quite economical considering the basic amenities and convenient location that it had. There is definitely lots of room for improvement in cleanliness though cos' my friend's pillow had a weird sourish smell. The flooring on the bathroom was rather slippery when wet and the hallways were quite run-down. Being at the end of Jalan Meldrum, it was still considerably near to City Square with about 5 minutes walk. There are lots of eateries below and enroute to the hotel.

체크인을 어쩔수없이하고 나와서 바로 버리고 다른호텔을 예약했습니다 호켈이 아닌 여인숙보다 못한시설청결도 친절함 위치 한마디로 개판입니다 여기서 돈아낄려고 자느니 새호텔을 예약하는게 정신건강에 좋습니다

anyone who book the room with Expedia must be very careful. i am very disappointed booking with expedia.com.my. i booked 2 rooms at the same time. only one room with discount and another room i need to pay full normal rate. Hotel counter staff told me expedia should give discount for both room because follow the rate given by the hotel. the hotel staff are unable to help me to amend my booking due to my booking locked by expedia. if i cancel my booking, i will be charge for the 1st night rate.
