The cleanliness of the room was horrible, strands and strands of hair can be found on the floor and bed. Very strong cigarette smell too, and the smell stained our clothes and hair. I was Travelling with my twin babies, it was a disaster. The staffs were very unfriendly to us, we asked for one extra key card as they only provide one, they refused. One night around 9.30pm I went down to the spa next door 'Rome Spa', it was a brightly lighted spa with see through glass, connected to the hotel. The first impression was it was a decent spa and I should give it a try. Out of expectation, as I entered there were a few middle aged guys at the lobby and one of them out right told me that the spa is only meant for guys, they serve different massage package here. To my horror, many of their female 'customers' stayed over at Euro+ hotel, we saw a few of them.
My verdict: if you're Travelling with family with kids, do not stay here. The hotel is not suitable for kids.
