Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The most horrible experience I ever had. Inaccurate address given and we had to literally drag the luggages with elderly and children and walked for more than 500m in the rain. Should have just given 10A tower Royal Strand. Second inaccurate process was given. The guardhouse insisted QR code to be shown before allowing to enter to get the access card from the mailbox. We spent 1.5 hrs pleading with the non English speaking guard. Poor maintenance of the condo with poor hygiene. Hand found in detergent. Laundry still drying in dryer we have to clear it before we can use it.
