"We were upgraded to an amazing top-floor corner suite with a jacuzzi tub - we loved it. The hotel has underground parking so, no snow on your car in the mornings! Downtown Banff is vary walkable from the hotel with lots of amenities close by."

"Only stayed one night as we added an extra night to our trip due to snow . Staff were great , the hot pool was very nice and relaxing. The room was very clean and nice and it was good that you get a bus pass so made getting around Banff easy ! Will deff come again "

"Excellent location, very welcoming staff. Thank you Pierre, Ana and Joel who did such a great job of making us feel welcome and to the pleasant servers at breakfast who took care of our family. Very clean, modern hotel. We will holiday again in Banff and plan to stay at the Banff Aspen Lodge."

"There was no pool. The hot tubs were decent. It was a nice stay but I would not classify it as family-friendly. The staff were kind but there was miss communication with the timing of the city bus and we ended up almost being late for our concert and ended up having to pay $16 for a 5 minute cab ride."

"Location was a 15 min walk to shops and restaurants or they offer complementary shuttle passes for the local transit. Room was spacious, bed were confortable. The soap and shower products were made locally and they were excellent. No restaurant on site but they did offer complimentary coffee in lobby all day. Underground parking on site was convenient. "
