  • Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located heart of the tri- cities.. Easy access to the tri-cities airport, Boone lake, Kingsport, Johnson City and Bristol areas.

    The upstairs has one queen bedroom with huge master bath. Ground level living has a half bath with queen sofa bed. Ground level parking and also a garage on lowest level.
