*Check-In Process: As a licensed Vacation Lodging Agency, we require all guests to complete a Pre-Arrival form and sign a rental agreement to verify identity and confirm booking terms. This must be completed prior to your arrival.
*Check-In Time: Check-in is available until 8:00 PM ET. If you anticipate arriving later, you must notify us in advance. The keycode for access will not be provided after 8:00 PM, and assistance will resume at 8:00 AM the following day.
*Property Care: Please leave the home in a generally tidy condition. An additional fee may be charged for excessive mess. To prevent damage, please do not move any furniture.
*Right of Refusal: In accordance with Tennessee Law, we reserve the right to decline or terminate a reservation for specific reasons, including but not limited to local resident bookings under 14 days. Please contact us for details.
