  • Treeage #2 is everything you need in a Short Term Rental! Whether it is business or pleasure bringing you to Johnson City, this home provides everything you would need during your stay here. Clean and charming. Open floor plan. Kitchen had everything we needed. Air conditioner in the living room was not working but a small window unit in the bedroom offered relief.

This apartment is a gem. I stayed there by myself and felt safe. Response from the mgt was timely and efficient. The apartment had a well stocked kitchen with extras. I would definitely book this spot again.

The place was extremely clean and the host was very responsive with my inquiries. I only stayed a few days so this minimalist place was super perfect for what I needed! Everything i needed was there, would stay again 100%. Also, there was a white noise machine which was a nice to have, didn't realize how nice it was to use until I used it.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this unit and the third time I’ve stayed in one of this company’s properties. This is one is my favorite!! It’s always clean and has everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s close to everything, easy to find, and in the best neighborhood! The guy upstairs did snore pretty loud some nights, but there is a white noise machine in the drawer and a fan in the closet, so I was able to block it out.

We had a great stay in Johnson City. The rooms were well stocked with everything you need, from the kitchen to the bathroom to the laundry. It was clean, and well-located on a lovely street near the ETSU dorms. Would recommend!!!
