Exceptional from start to finish - the hotel is wonderful - quiet and small but with all amazing amenities and beautiful design, the wallpaper, the different lounges, the rooms - just beautifully designed and decorated! The staff are incredible, so kind and helpful, the food was delicious and the service was so wonderful. I can’t wait to stay again - I will surely be back!

Lovely hotel and quite unique. The rooms were large, pretty and clean, the staff was very friendly, food was delicious, and the restaurant, lounge area and garden were very nice too. They didn’t serve alcohol in the Lounge, so that’s my only note and we also had trouble using the safe in the room. Overall great experience, I’m glad we chose this hotel.

Exceptional Boutique Hotel with period furniture, rich paintings, large rooms, excellent decor, well maintained small hotel. The building is a Heritage building converted from an old telephone exchange and post office. Location is on Oxford Road, next to Metro station, and is close to Rosebank Mall - they provide Golf cart service. Safe location. Staff is excellent and responsive and friendly. The breakfast is very good. Very happy with the stay and would consider it again.

Location very convenient for shopping and access to restaurants in Rosebank Mall. Walking distance to Gautrain mass transit station with direct access to the airport. The Hotel Staff where friendly, they went out of there way to make us feel at home. The room were clean and large. The TV service was good, we received a personal welcome and was taken to our room. Bad check-in and rooms on ground floor backing onto a car park (in Joburg!). Hotel situated on a very main road. Loud noises all night. The outside security guards are very kind ; perhaps front desk can learn from them.
