"We used Hot tub. It was sooo great!! The hot tub is huge. We had really relaxing time."

"Staff was amazing! Property left more to be desired. We were placed in a pet friendly room although I messaged we did not have pets prior to arrival. No biggie- except there was still hair and dander in our “clean” room that kept our allergies going all weekend. Great central location and fair prices, but no elevator and doors that don’t work leave me less then impressed "

"GREAT place to stay in downtown Salem, in fact, the only place I would want to stay. Kiru was great at giving us directions, Reese with handling our checkout, and the nighttime security guard was great at helping me feel safe when I stepped outside for a late night uber delivery. "

"The room was clean and spacious, nice heated pool, the breakfast had a lot to choose from and they have snacks/drinks to buy in the lobby. "

"Booked a family suite with 2 queen beds and a king, was given a family suite with a pull out couch instead of a second bed. There were no extra linens in the room- not even a sheet on the pull out mattress. The couch cushions were disgustingly stained white- I don’t even want to know whose DNA that was. Floors in the elevator were constantly dirty. This hotel honestly had the worst continental breakfast out of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at- and I’ve stayed at sketchy hostels that had breakfast included. Couldn’t get internet, nor TV service on the 3rd floor- had to use a hot spot so my kids could watch TV at night. "

"Hotel was super clean, all the staff we came across were friendly, helpful, and very professional. The breakfast was great, the coffee and hot water was full and hot throughout the day (most hotels never check or refill it after breakfast so it’s cold or empty after about 11am). Oh and it has daily housekeeping! The gym was immaculate, everything worked, full set of dumbbells from 5-50lbs, 2 benches, a cable machine with all the attachments, a leg press machine, 4 treadmills, a couple of ellipticals and a bike. There was also a set of kettlebells, medicine and bosu balls, and yoga mats. Hotel has Ice on every floor, 2 sets of washer/dryers ($3 per machine/load though!) Nearby: there’s a Fred Meyer next door and chevron/convenient store across the street that has an Amazon drop box. Within a 1 mile radius there’s Wendy’s, Taco Bell, chipotle, a Safeway and many other eateries. Great location, great staff, great room. Could not ask for a better stay! "
