「We had a great stay in apartment number five, but our checkin process with the front desk at Crystal Hotel was horrible.
Everything up to the payment was great, but then it turned to a complete mess. With no information at all, I was presented with a much higher bill than the Hotels.com confirmation. We do not use euros and I had to do a quick calculation in my head to notice the difference, which was significant.
The front desk told us they had gotten new IT and he had to call his manager who...
「Lyxigt och ombonat hotell med fantastisk frukost. Superbra personal. Vacker trädgård med en badbar damm. Poolanläggning inomhus med 2 mindre pooler. Den ena med bubbelfunktion som tyvärr avgav irriterande klor. Mycket fina rum med hårda sängar.
Delvis störande genomfartstrafik beroende på rum.」
「Best hotel I stayed in Europe. Staff and owner were amazing. So friendly and helpful with hikes, even led me on a hike and drove me to train station and into town on golf carts. Beautiful hotel too and best views. 」

Man bemærkede nærmest ikke at hotellet var fuld booket, da alt foregik i ro og respekt for gæsternes behov for privatliv.」
