九龍坡 ホテル

「Awesome service; I can't say anything, but it's excellent in everything, and the price is crazy low. I will return just because it's 15 out of 10 excellent all over, happy」

「The room service robot used for online food delivery was contactless and convenient. Room was spacious. Most of the amenities in the room were great. Suggest that the lighting in the room could be brighter and 2 lamps were not working.」

「It’ terrible, I was given a room facing the street, and it was extremely noisy. The noise was simply unbearable and didn’t stop until around 10 p.m.」

「spacious and well equipped room. Although hotel is far from main attractions, didi is cheap so staying here is not a problem. Staff service is excellent except for the front service staff who wanted to charge me if I ask for more than 4 bottles of drinking water. Eventually they didn’t charge me for extra bottles of drinking water. The cleaning staff gave me as many bottles of drinking water as I want. We left 4 bottles in the room when we left.」

「The room, was gorgeous, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast not so good but they have multiple options to pick from」

「Room is perfectly clean. Staff are excellent. Can use WeChat to communicate with staff on any request. Very helpful. Overall fabulous experience.」

「Located in the heart of Chongqing away from tourists areas. People welcomed us warmly and we were kind of celebrities. I recommend this hotel as staff were very accommodating and although we toured other parts of China we kept this for full stay so we would not have to carry our big luggage around China and Hong Kong. Great food and massages just around the corner. 」
