「The room was very basic but had all we needed. Overall the experience was excellent due to the ambiance of being in the forest, experiencing the bay, and seeing the spider monkeys. The food was pretty good and staff were nice. I can see where this type of stay might not be for everyone but we are very glad we worked Puerto Barilla into our itinerary.」

「Limited towels in the room, they put only two towels, we use it when we get there and then the next morning we have to reuse it and still wet. NO HOT WATER!!!! And swimming pools water was very dirty and cloudy. 」

「The menu needs updating. The room needs to put a more effort arranging the bed and use better cleaning supplies. The door handle of my room was working properly. The staff need to be attentive to the needs of customers. 」
