"The ad says washer and dryer but when you get there they tell you it's not for guests but you can use it. I used it for one wash and it took all the water in the tank so for the rest of the day we had no water. They came to fix it and it took until 10pm the following day. The owner of the property Sebastian then claimed we were not supposed to use the washer and it was our fault the water ran out. "I loved staying at this B&B. It is very secure since it is gated and has walls around the entire property. It is located on top of a hill and there are nice views of the surrounding area. Just down the hill, there are a number of affordable restaurants with tasty food. The owner of the B&B offers some great insights on things to do in Matagalpa and where to eat. On property, they grow their own coffee beans. It is a nice treat that goes along with the tasty breakfast that they serve. I will stay here every time I go to Matagalpa."

You can also do horseback riding and be guided through the coffee making process. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Hot water is dependable. Most units have amazing views.
