"The hotel was fabulous and conveniently located just outside the domestic terminal. It was slightly difficult to find but with help from an airport employee, I found it from the 2nd floor of the airport terminal, on the other side of the train station. The staff was friendly and efficient. The check-in was quick which was great as it was a late arrival. Room was a good size and clean with nice but water. "Overall the hotel is located near the station, Rinku Town. We appreciate the convenience around such as shopping and dining options. Everything is walkable distance. However we requested a nearer room located to the elevator lift. They gave us a room at the end of the floor. It was difficult for us to move 3 luggages with a toddler to reach our hotel room. Overall, amenities were ok, staff could be friendlier to tourists too"

"The top floor view was excellent with both ocean and park view together. The hotel was very clean and staff was very polite and accommodating with our needs. We could walk around the most part of Yumebutai without getting wet when the weather was bad. Please be aware that the hotel store does not have any decent food option (i.e. quick bites like onigiri or sandwiches) and the other store, which offers fast foods in Yumebutai closes around 4 pm, so without having a car there, you have to plan your meal if you don't want to eat at the hotel restaurants (expensive for what they are) everyday. "
