ジンダバインのヴィラ

「部屋には床暖房がありましたが作動しておらず、ホテルの方に調べてもらいましたが「これでオンになったはず」と言われたのに夕食後帰ってきたらやはりオフのまま。スキー場が近いので5月でもかなり冷えます。フロントの女の子は「毛布まだ持ってくるから」と言いますが寝てる時だけの問題じゃないでしょ… 「他の部屋はついてるんですか？部屋変えてもらえませんか？」と言っても「満室です」と。部屋の前に車を停めるモーテル形式で、車3台ほどして停まってないのに、どうしてそういう見え透いたウソつくかなー。何よりも、申し訳ないという気持ちがまったく感じられなかったことに腹が立ちました。オーストラリアの接客もだいぶ良くなったなーと思っていたけど、田舎はまだそういうとこ変わってないなと。全然だめ。」

The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you would want in a holiday home. The photos do not serve justice to the house, the backyard and patio area and view of lake jindabyne is amazing to wake up to.」

「We absolutely had a wonderful stay. Location was brilliant!! However, I was bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. I found it hard to believe that the place had been cleaned earlier that same day. That is what the correspondence I received stated would be happening. There were dead flies on most window ledges & on the floor. There were biscuit crumbs on the coffee table, pet hair all over the rug and the bbq was extremely dirty! Lovely stay! Beautiful property!!
