「Friendly staff, comfortable room and bed, quiet. Convenient for the railway station, but also cheap car park nearby(£5 for 24 hours). Plus, breakfast and supper are avaiable within the hotel. 」
「Booked for an overnight stay in Ipswich for early morning appointment. The hotel was central close to local bus terminus and close to a wide range of restaurants and bars. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful the rooms clean, quiet, and with good facilities. A little small but fantastic value for money and ideal for an overnight stay」
「There was no bedside light (despite there being two bedside tables) and no rubbish bin in the room. The curtains did not close properly. One window had a crack in it and there is no double glazing so the road outside was noisy. It was very hot, but we kept the windows closed to try to reduce the noise (no aircon).The staff were very helpful however (having moved us from a different room as the bathroom light wasn't working in that one).」

Slight downside in that we were kept waiting to sign in. Disappointing that mostly the flowers on display were artificial, despite having a cut-flower garden outside.」
