Fantastic value. Easy access to all the excellent facilities in Ayana via the buggy (less the pools, which we didn’t need since we got a private one), and very responsive concierge service via the room phones and whatsapp. Great stay!!

The apartment is gorgeous. I stayed at both the main hotel and this apartment at the resort and have to say that I prefer this one. The staff is also amazing!

It would have been better if I’d have rented a car to get around. Anyplace nearby to get food? No. Anywhere to find washing soap? No. Had to call for a shuttle anytime we wanted to go to the main resort. The real ugly, they kept asking for The hotel reservation number. Hotels.com would not give it. The hotel refused to find it. So, sort of limited on what we could do. The room itself was a bit rundown. Several broken cabinet doors. The cockroaches were friendly if not expected. ITT had a nice fresh lawnmower smell on arrival. Not what I’d call a 5 star hotel. Checkin was funky, paid for everything as it wasn’t clear I could room charge anything. Large place, nice dining/living area with balcony. View of the ocean. Service was non existant. It was clean. Expensive for the service and quality. It would be much poorer if not adjacent to the main resort. I’d guess it’s a better fit for a family

Large yellowish marking on the bedsheet which could have been a pee stain. Did not smell so maybe an old one. When I noticed it before going to bed and called the reception, all they could offer was to replace it the next morning. Had to sleep on the duvet. Uncomfortable stay and I hope it won’t happen again to others.

The unit is large. Negative thing was that there is no swimming pool on site. You will need to take the buggy to another building which was very inconvenient. The managment also gave us only one key card (there were 3 of us) for this 3 bedroom unit. we asked for the additional one but only to be told there were only 2 cards and the service people need one to come in for cleaning and etc. My daughter was coming in and out at different times and it was very very inconvenient to be there to open the door for her.

Terrible communication with management. Started off with miscommunication between shuttle service and management - ended up waiting at airport over an hour, and driver had been there over 2 hours since he was not informed we came in on domestic flight. Difficult to get services needed throughout stay, but individual staff went above and beyond to accommodate us,while other times, never got a response or resolution. Expedia is to blame for much of the communication issue - it would have been easier to have direct contact with property management than go through the Expedia platform. Never had this issue with the other web services.

아야나리조트는 뮤리아리조트보다 못하다. 하지만 아야나 레지던스는 훌륭하다. 개방감 높은 풀빌라. 문제는 도보로 걸어다닐곳이 없다. 이곳에 머무는 사람들은 풀빌라와 고요함의 휴식을 즐기고. 주변에있는 발레리안hub의 이벤트를 반듯이 즐겨라.

両親、弟と私たち夫婦の5人で2日間宿泊しました。広い部屋に滞在したいと考え選びました。ホテルではなく、賃貸アパートの部屋に泊まるという形態です。 部屋は笑ってしまうぐらい広くて、清潔です。インドネシアで問題になりがちなお湯も問題無く、バスタブに貯めてゆっくり出来ました。 敷地内アヤナ系列ホテルへのアクセスはバギーをフロントに頼んで移動します。すぐ来てくれるし、無料なので良かったです。レストランやスーパーははちょっと歩いて行ける距離には無いので、そこはタクシーになります。 2週間以上の長期滞在者向け宿泊施設だと感じました。部屋にはWi-Fiがありますが、ドアの外からエントランスまでは電波がほとんど通じません。 場所もまだあまり知られていないようで、インドネシアに住んでいない観光者はアパートへ辿り着くのに一苦労するかもしれません。色々な場所へ観光する人にはアクセスが不向きかと思います。 ただし、繁華街のような騒音は無く、静かです。グッスリ睡眠も取れました。 私たちの目的に沿っていましたので、満足です。

Appartment hat super Ausstattung, ist sehr geräumig und war sehr sauber. Die Auflagen am Rooftoppool waren defekt und dreckig. Negativ: Man ist im Ayana Resort und kann nichts nutzen außer sein Appartment. Nicht mal zum Strand (Kubu beach) kann man, kostet für 4 köpfige Familie 50€. Man darf die Poolanlagen im Ayana und Rimba nicht benutzen. Die Poolanlage der Appartmentanlage war oft gesperrt und wenn offen, konnte man nur einen Pool nutzen, der eine Tiefe von 110cm hatte. Das Gelände der Apartmentanlage ist sehr verweist, sowie die Poolanlage. Es ist kein Mensch da, man wird komisch angesehen, wenn man die Poolanalge betritt. (von den Gärtnern oder wer sonst da rumgelaufen ist) Es ist alles außer Betrieb, keine Liegen oder Sonnenschirme. Die Appartmentanlage ist zwar auf dem Gelände des Ayana Resorts, aber völlig abgekapselt, so kommt man sich auch vor. Es ist kein Anprechpartner da, nur Kontakt über whatsapp (leidlich), man trifft nur die Mitarbeiter, die einen das Frühstück bringen. Shuttle um irgendwo hinzukommen hat auch nie geklappt. Unser Appartment war das Einzige in Betrieb in einem 4. stöckigen Haus. Rechts und links davon alles dicht und leerstehend. Außenanlage nicht sehr schön,stinkender Teich. Frühstück wahlweise amerikanisch (Ei, Würstchen, Toast, Marmelade, Kaffee, Speck) oder indonesich (Reis oder Nudelgericht) oder Pancake und dazu Saft. Frühstück war sehr eintönig.

This property is in the middle of nowhere! We were the only residents and the place felt like a ghost town, lacking in atmosphere with several buildings around not completed and left to rot away! if you want loneliness then this is the place to stay. The apartment itself was very nice, spacious and clean. When we booked, the impression was it was part of the Ayana hotel and we could use the pool etc there. One of the first things we were told was that we could not use any of the pools and could only go there to have meals at the restaurants if we were prepared to pay through the roof!- Access to the beach was 200,000 rps per person!!! I would not stay here again or recommend this place to anybody.

amazing stay for couples.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for one night to be close to Uluwatu and the airport. I really enjoyed the residence so much that we ended up staying in and watching a movie. There are 2 bathrooms, refrigerator, 2 televisions, and other amenities in the residence. You will get a ride service to the main restaurant/rock bar area. Service is excellent 10/10. The room is exceptional. It is a hidden gem. I will definitely stay here again.
