There’s lots of room for the whole family or group to spread out in this comfortable three-level home tucked into the pretty Poconos. You’ll be surrounded by four seasons of fun, with hiking, mountain biking, golf, and kayaking on the Lehigh River in the summer and downhill and cross-country skiing nearby in the winter. Private community amenities include access to the community lake, an outdoor pool (a 10-minute walk away), a volleyball court, bocce, shuffleboard, and a playground.

Start each day with coffee on your sunny deck, enjoying the tree-lined view. Inside, the high ceilings, open layout, and comfortable furnishings enhance that vacation vibe. Thoughtful upgrades (2024) include all new flooring, bathroom tile, fresh kitchen paint, a new sofa, and decor.

The spacious, well-equipped kitchen features all the appliances and plenty of counter space, and there’s room for everyone at the dining table and breakfast bar. After a day of adventures, relax in either of the living spaces, one with a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and one with a wood stove. Play a poker game at the card table downstairs or stream the latest release using your login credentials on either TV to unwind. When you get sleepy, choose from five well-appointed bedrooms spread across three levels.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
