About this property
Ole Grandie On Main
Easy access located center of town. This is a 4 bedroom home, 2 nice bedrooms upstairs with a Queen bed in the Master bedroom and a real nice full size bed in guest room. 2 bedrooms downstairs with 1 nice queen bed and the 4th bedroom downstairs has a twin bed and then a Rollaway for a 5th bed. Living room has reclining couch, super soft big man recliner, 55" flat screen TV with 155 channels of Direct TV . Kitchen is equipped with most needed pots and pans and dishes, microwave, drip coffee pot, etc. Small dining area with 2 bar stools. This is an old house, approximately 75 years old, we have tried to make it appealing but expect some minor deficiencies you could expect in an old house.

The house is an older home with newer flooring. It was neat and clean, beds were nice, but it could use a door mat or rug inside to put boots or shoes, so that tracking mud/dirt wouldn't have been a problem, as we had snow while there. It would be nice to have hooks or towel bars in the bathroom or kitchen for damp towels to dry. The bathroom is small and would be cramped for a larger or tall person. There was only one outlet in the bedrooms, so extension cords were present, which were unplugged to prevent a tripping hazard. It would have been nice if there were no foods left in the refrigerater. The house is on Main Street, a major highway through the area, so semi trucks were being heard, so it depends on one's noise tolerance. If the owners continue to update the home, it will be a place to consider coming back to.
