Great spot, but watch the snot
Great spot overall. But there were what appeared to be boogers on the wall in one of the bedrooms, and one of the bathrooms had dirty linens. I asked the manager to check in it he said he would, but then he didn't. I reached out again and he again said he would, but alas, he did not.
Well appointed apartment with breath taking views! Super nice property managers! Clean, safe and walkable to the old city. This apartment will not disappoint!
This is our first time using vrbo. We were skeptical about it due to our previous stay with another company. But we were extremely surprised and happy with this place. Must stay for anyone
This is a great apartment with a great balcony. It was three blocks from Jaffe Street but also an easy walk to Jaffe Gate in the old city. Easy access to bars, restaurants and grocery. It was self check in and detailed instructions were given to enter building and the apartment. Coffee pods were provided. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. The apartment complex desk were friendly and helpful. Overall, the apartment was clean but could use a deep cleaning. We cook and there was no salt, pepper or seasonings but easy to find in the neighborhood. The host was an email or text away and responded quickly. Would rent it again...terrific location! Very comfortable place to unwind after a long day of touring!

great place, but need TLC
First, they gave us the wrong code to get into apartment. Luckily management is on location and after they could not open apartment door they called owner and got the correct code. Management was very responsive in helping out. They replaced thread bare towels and supplied needed kitchen items. Unfortunately, pots and pans and silverware were food encrusted. The apartment is beautiful and great location, but the owner needs to check up and make sure the apartment is cleaned thoroughly and well stocked kitchen with good towels. For a luxury apartment, it did not have the basics. When we went to Tel Aviv to a less luxury place, it was clean and the kitchen was stocked with some basics, so for being there for just a few days, one did not have to get oil, salt spice ect. It needs some TLC and hospitality. The management was responsive to our needs and also allow you to store your suitcases in their offices after checkout for the remainder of the day. With some attention this could really be a luxury rental, but right now, although a beautiful space it needs attention to be luxury.

Very Unresponsive Host
The host did not process the final payment owing as required. It was simply never charged to my credit card. When I drew the issue to the host’s attention, he was extremely unresponsive. It took me a full week of trying and an endless stream of e-mails to get the host to accept the money that I was trying to pay him. Go figure! A similar issue arose with regard to proving tourist status in order to avoid paying VAT on the rental. I forwarded to the host a copy of my immigration entry form, as requested and as required. I asked the host to confirm receipt to ensure that I would not be charged the VAT on the rental. Once again, it was 3 full days, a series of e-mails and the use of multiple different platforms. The answer was always “I’m still checking, I’ll get back to you”. In the age of electronic communication, life shouldn’t be this complicated. I told the host directly that in all my years of dealing through VRBO I had never encountered communication issues of this nature.
