Koresh Hotel

Decent hotel for the price. One piece of advice is to check which room they will give you. I arrived and was put in a room on the ground floor -- not the best room if you consider noise from the street. The hot water did not work. The hotel guest services offered to switch rooms at no cost. My new room was located on the second floor of the hotel, and offered much more comfort. It was spacious, and there was the added benefit of a small fridge. One of the shower doors did not open or close so well. Given all of these factors, I would say that this was a decent stay. I would recommend speaking with guest services in advance and ask for a room that is above street level.

Really bad experience w/ hotel and hotels.com

No idea how this hotel gets the positive reviews it does. But note that almost all are at least two years old. Does not offer the most basic services like a water-heating kettle or luggage storage or iron. Staff speaks essentially no English. Had to communicate through translation software--including to convince them that room had been prepaid through hotels.com. Staff could not get TV to work. Tried to address issues (including possibility of checking out / switching hotels w/o penalty) with staff and via hotels.com. Hotels.com could not communicate w/ staff either. Emails from me and from hotels.com went unanswered. After the stay, got an email from hotels.com that said the hotel never answered, that it was basically my problem, and that these are tough times for hotels. Rooms are also more rundown that is typical at this price point in Jerusalem. Also pretty depressing w/ one tiny window. On the upside, the staff were really well-meaning and tried. And the location is great. But don't stay here. There are waaay better options for similar price in the area. Really disappointed w/ hotels.com service on this one

地點很方便，在雅法道附近，去舊城和耶胡達市場都可以步行前往，很近。酒店清潔干淨，只是沒有電水煲和樽裝水提供。未入住前，可以放置行李，員工願意幫忙。

Muy buena ubicación. A pasos de Mamilla, la puerta a la ciudad vieja y de la plaza de la música. Hotel cálido, lindo, modesto. El servicio del personal de recepción y del limpieza muy atentó y preocupado por hacer de la estancia una experiencia completa. La habitación es básica, con aparente pobre mantenimiento. Esta muy bien si es solo para dormir . Cama cómoda. No tiene heladera ni cafetera.

Hotel liegt günstig, leider Personal nicht besonders freundlich. Junge Frau war mehr mit ihrem Handy beschäftigt. Leider konnte nach mehrfacher Anfrage ein simpler Haarföhn nicht organisiert werden, Rezeption war per Telefon nicht mehr um 21:00 zu erreichen.

２泊以上の場合、必ずランドリー設備の有無で滞在先を決めるのですが、ありとの記載にもかかわらず、実際はないといわれました。 ティッシュやスリッパなどもありませんが、部屋は広々としているので、何に重点を置くかで価値が決まるホテルだと思います。

Very nice hotel in good location for transport, the city centre and the Old City. The room was lovely and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. You receive a voucher for breakfast which is not in the hotel itself , it's in a cafe called Cappit. Although a 5 minutes walk away, it was worth it as It was wonderful. You get a good choice and I recommend the Cappit breakfast from the menu - eggs of your choice with little bowls of different things to go with them. I will definitely stay again.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Jerusalem, ein paar Schritte an die Jaffa Road und ein paar hundert Meter bis zur Altstadt und ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Zimmer ist korrekt abgebildet, jedoch war es dann doch etwas bedrückend, das Fenster nur so weit oben zu haben. Aber in der Lobby konnten wir uns gut aufhalten. Leider war kein (kleiner) Tisch und keine Sitzgelegenheit ausser dem Bett vorhanden. Das Frühstück bekamen wir in einem Café ein paar Minuten vom Hotel entfernt, und es war super herrlich! Alles in allem können wir das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen.

I think the facilities were not well equipped. There was not hair dryer in the rooms. When I stayed at 1st floor, there was not TV remote controller. But the place is closed to Old city and tram station. It’s very convenient for sightseeing.
