This one-bedroom apartment in the city center provides you with all the essentials during your stay, with free parking and a large roof designed to enjoy your meals or admire the city's view.
Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, Microwave, Nespresso machine, Toaster, Kettle, Crockery complete, Cooktop, etc.
(Urn and Hot mat for Shabbat).
The Space:
An access to parking and a great roof top accessible to the guests
Located 10 minutes walk from the Old Town and the famous "Mahané Yehouda" markets,
2 min tram from restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping malls.
Guest Access:
The roof: can be used and enjoyed by all 4 apartments. You can enjoy the fresh air and use it to relax.
-Roof is accessible by stairs
-No Shabbat elevator

The apartment is located 50 meters from the tram station "Jaffa Center" which takes you in 7 minutes to the central bus station or other neighborhood or sites of Jerusalem as the Western Wall.
To come from the airport if you do not rent a car, you can:
Or take a taxi that costs 300 shekel
Or at the exit of the terminal, you have minibuses for Jerusalem waiting to be filled as soon as it is filled, he leaves and he spends whenever he wants. It costs around 60 shekels. (They are called "sherut")
For the return from Jerusalem to the airport, the taxi is cheaper, around 200 Shekels
Getting Around:
You can not get closer to the heart of the city where fun takes place. You will find yourself close to many bars and restaurants from all kinds. The house is located in front of the impressive Russian Compound building.
The area is a mixture of the Jerusalem melting pot, mix of all religions beliefs and traditions and shows a great sample of the specificity of the city.
Old city is at few minutes walk, such is the great market. Public transportation such light train is reachable at 2 minute walk, but most the places you could reach by foot.
HAhavatzelet Street is located between Hanevi'im Street and Yafoo Street in the heart of Jerusalem in the cultural and historical district of "Nachalat Shiv'a"
which is home to many charming alleys and close to 45 major historical and architectural sites, art galleries and museums ...
As well as the modern side of the city where you will find restaurants and cafes for all tastes, and bars open to party until the early morning
You will enjoy Jerusalem in a modern and comfortable setting
Note: The apartment is not located in Mea Shearim area so you can take out the Shabat quietly and in the outfit of your choice
Other Things to Note:
Please note that based on local tax laws, there's a 17% VAT for Israeli citizens.
You are entitled to VAT exemptions during your stay in Israel by providing your border control pass card (stay permit B2), which you get at the airport.
If you do not provide this document, we will be obliged to charge you the 17% tax as an extra.
PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT REACHABLE ON SHABBAT AND JEWISH HOLIDAYS.
Therefore, if your stay begins on a Saturday or a Jewish Holiday, please contact me before booking so we can plan it properly.
