This was not what we expected from the other not so nice reviews. We enjoyed our stay at both facilities. I do prefer the 29th st building more as it was on a quieter street. The rooms were nice, clean, and provided everything we needed. The staff were awesome.

Very pleasant although basic stay. We had a heater and fridge in the room and microwave in the hall, which all were useful. The check-in was easy and we were given the room earlier than indicated. It was also very clean. The only downsides were the bed (quite small for two people and mattress was very springy) and only one chair in the room instead of two.

I arrived at the property around 7pm after a long day of travelling to find they had not recorded my booking. It had been lost in a transfer as such. But, Kevin was incredibly helpful and managed to put me up for a night in one room, free of charge. I then booked accommodation elsewhere as they couldn’t guarantee me a place to stay for remainder of my trip. Take care when booking with here, property is a bit outdated and doesn’t feel overly safe and secure.

absolute minimalist, as intended. As expected for shockingly low price. Only unmet expectation (didn't expect much!) was no hand towels or paper towels in the bathroom. Neighborhood shops and restaurants were very nice but mostly speak very little English.

I was incredibly scared to stay with my 2 teenage daughters here. We couldn't find the building, then couldn't get in and then had help from a nice man who helped us but then had the code to o9ur room, A shared bathroom with others, sketchy neighbourhood and definitley was advertised as the picture shows. Not even close to the same building.

When I made it to the hotel for check in at 12 I got there at 12:30 and when I made it to the room the cleaning person was in my room still cleaning and told me to wait outside my room for five minutes. The WiFi did not work in my room the entire trip.

Ventajas: Muy bien comunicado con Nueva York, en menos de 20 minutos estás en Times Square. Alrededor hay muchos sitios de comida con precios asequibles. Desventajas: La habitación no la limpiaron ni un día en las 12 noches que estuvimos allí. La cama era regulera y había mucho ruido en el vecindario.

Las habitaciones muy limpias, sabanas y toallas. Los baños muy limpios. Pero al final del día ya no, porque como no hay personal de recepción ni encargado, pues hasta el otro día vuelven a limpiar. Tuve que insistir mucho en la comunicación para que me confirmaran mi reserva y para que me enviaran la la liga de pago de la primera noche, después todo fluyó bastante bien. La habitación ya no la asean después, es una propiedad tipo Airbnb, pero mejor así dejas tu habitación cerrada y ya nadie entra. Esta muy bien ubicado, en la esquina cruzando la avenida están los camiones que te llevan en 15 minutos a Port Authority Bus Terminal por $3.50 dólares. En general en principio en sentí rara e insegura, olía un poco a mota y de primer aspecto las escaleras y entrada están un poco descuidadas. Pero todo estuvo muy tranquilo y bien. Viaje sola y es una buena opción por poco presupuesto.
