Located in a classic Jersey City row home, you’re a short ride from Manhattan while enjoying a more relaxed neighborhood setting. Easy street parking and multiple transit options make getting in and out simple.

• This is a shoes-off home to help keep the floors and rugs clean and comfortable for all guests especially little ones who crawl on the ground. Feel free to bring indoor slippers or cozy socks. If our rugs need extra cleaning due to shoes, you will be charged more. Our goal is to maintain an allergen free, clean home for our guests including you.

• If you’re traveling with children, please reach out with any safety questions. Children should be supervised at all times, particularly during meals, and we kindly ask that they follow the same house rules as all guests, including our shoes-off policy.

• Guests are welcome to use the kitchen. If you cook, please wipe down the stovetop, countertops, and any spills after use. A little cleanup along the way helps keep the space clean and enjoyable for everyone.

• We take great pride in maintaining the apartment, including the hotel-quality linens, rugs, furnishings, and amenities. Please do not move furniture, unplug devices or rearrange items within the home.

• Strictly no parties, events, pets, smoking, or vaping. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests, including children and infants.

• Please flush only toilet paper. Wipes, tissues, feminine products, hair, compressed towels, and all other items should go in the trash.

• You will incur additional costs if any of the house rules are not followed. The apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every check-in. Our cleaning team documents the condition of the property between stays, and we work through Vrbo for reimbursement of damages, excessive cleaning, or rule violations.

• As this is a residential neighborhood close to New York City, you may occasionally hear typical city sounds such as passing vehicles, dogs, or emergency services. The bedroom is located toward the rear of the home, which helps reduce some direct street noise. Expect more noise during festivities and events.

• Free street parking is available. Please observe all posted parking and alternate-side street cleaning signs. There is no designated parking spot. Feel free to reach out if you would like parking guidance before your arrival.

• For stays longer than 28 days, a mid-stay professional cleaning is required. We can coordinate a convenient date between days 10 and 14 of your stay.

• Good communication is important. Please communicate promptly with me/host regarding questions, and concerns.

• Please treat the apartment with care and respect, as you would the home of a friend or family member. Thoughtful guests like you help us maintain the quality and comfort that future guests enjoy. Thank you
